Rooms The house has ten bedrooms (three of these can be converted into twins), all of which are en-suite with tea and coffee making facilities. The rooms are located on the first and second floors. Whilst each room has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay including hair dryers, irons and ironing boards, modem telephones and flat screen, digital televisions, they are all unique with a style of their own.

It is difficult to choose between the elegant four-poster room,"Lady Dawe" the delightful split level “Hubbastone” with its own balcony or “Lundy” with paintings by a local artist of the island. Five of the rooms have wonderful views over the river Torridge, three of them with balconies whilst the garden view rooms overlook a tranquil scene of rabbits munching the lawn or the egrets coming home to roost on a summer’s evening.
